yup they should-
alot of ppl do "oc" with tm items but its like not right becuase those items r like copyrighted or something o -o; i dunno shouldnt be an oc unless u create the items and stuff urself. although it is abit hard to xD im sure lots of ppl create things that r very similar to others

Yeah but it does depend on whether they did it on purpose or not. I do it a lot and have no idea that they look like something else, but some people do it on purpose.
